Technology with Soul. SECJUR is a rapidly growing legal tech company that has been changing the compliance market significantly since its founding in 2018. Our self-developed and AI-powered SaaS automation platform, the Digital Compliance Office, supports Startups and SMEs with compliance challenges such as data protection, information security or anti-money laundering.
We are looking for a (Senior) Finance & Accounting Manager (all genders) to join us as soon as possible, full-time or part-time, permanent employment, ideally based in Hamburg, Germany, but remote is also possible.
Your creative field
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB) for our German legal entity (GmbH) in collaboration with our tax advisor
• Main point of contact for auditors and tax auditors
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management (invoice processing, dunning, open items management)
• Coordination of payroll together with an external payroll provider
• Support in payments and treasury (bank bookings, reconciliations, payment runs)
• Regulatory reporting (e.g., Bundesbank / central bank processes)
• Preparation of analyses and reports regarding balance sheet positions and tax-related topics
• Coordination with Portuguese tax advisors regarding accounting topics for our Portuguese subsidiary
