Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

Expertensupport unserer KundInnen in allen Belangen rund um die Informationssicherheit sowie im Speziellen zum Aufbau von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen, insb. nach der ISO/IEC 27001 und TISAX
Unterstützung unserer KundInnen bei der Nutzung unserer Plattform, des Digitalen Compliance Office
Auditierung von KundInnen zum aktuellen Status Quo ihrer Informationssicherheit
Mithilfe bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheitsmoduls in unserem Digital Compliance Office
Support Deiner DatenschutzkollegInnen zu technischen Anfragen im Datenschutz

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem, rechtlichem oder wirtschaftlichem Hintergrund. Alternativ bringst Du eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit
Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Managementsystemen, idealerweise von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen
Erfahrung im zielgerichteten Expertensupport von KundInnen
Relevante Zertifizierungen (ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, ITIL, Datenschutzbeauftragter, etc.) sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
Dich zeichnen eine hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse aus
Idealerweise hast Du schon mal mit Confluence und / oder Jira gearbeitet
Du legst eine effiziente, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise an den Tag
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent sowie Teamfähigkeit runden Dein Profil ab

These are your tasks:

Advising our customers on all aspects of information security and, in particular, on setting up information security management systems, especially in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and TISAX
Supporting our customers in the use of our platform, the Digital Compliance Office
Auditing of customers on the current status quo of their information security
Assisting in the strategic development of the information security module in our Digital Compliance Office
Supporting your data protection colleagues on technical data protection inquiries

Your profile:

Completed studies with technical, legal or economic background. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification through relevant professional experience
Experience in the implementation of management systems, ideally information security management systems
Experience in target-oriented consulting of customers
Relevant certifications (ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, ITIL, data protection officer, etc.) are a plus, but not a must
You are characterized by a high IT affinity and very good MS Office skills
Ideally you have worked with Confluence and / or Jira before
You have an efficient, independent and structured way of working
Good command of written and spoken English
Communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a team complete your profile
